Senior photos are all about you: your personality, your favorite outfit, your sport or hobby, and the places that mean something to you. I'll help you relax and have fun so it really shows. I photograph seniors from Mountain Home and all across North Central Arkansas — Flippin, Yellville, Cotter, Norfork, and beyond. Take a look at some of my favorites below.

Book a Session

Your senior session should feel like you. Choose a studio session for a clean, polished look, or an outdoor session around golden hour, when the light is warm and everything looks its best — just pick a morning or afternoon time for studio, or the Golden Hour slot for outdoor. Lots of seniors do both, booking a studio session and an outdoor session for the full range. Either way, plan on about an hour with room for a few outfit changes, and bring the things that make you you — a letterman jacket, your instrument, your cleats, a favorite place. Michele guides you the whole way, so there's no awkward posing — just real photos you'll actually love.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do senior pictures cost in Mountain Home?

Senior sessions with Michele McCoy Photography are $275 each — studio or outdoor. That includes about an hour with room for a few outfit changes, your full gallery of professionally edited images, and a private online gallery to download, share, and keep — perfect for yearbook submissions and announcements. Current pricing and any specials are always on the booking page.

When should I book senior photos?

Most seniors book the spring or summer before senior year, ahead of yearbook deadlines — but any time works. If you've got a yearbook or announcement deadline, let Michele know and she'll plan around it.

Do you do studio or outdoor senior sessions — and where?

Both! Senior sessions can be in Michele's Mountain Home studio for a clean, polished look, or outdoors at a scenic spot around Mountain Home and North Central Arkansas — Cotter, Flippin, Norfork, Yellville, Mountain View, Salem, and beyond. When you book, pick a morning or afternoon time for studio, or the Golden Hour slot for an outdoor session.

Can my senior do both a studio and an outdoor session?

Absolutely — and a lot of seniors do. Just book two sessions: a studio session on a morning or afternoon time, and an outdoor session on the Golden Hour slot. You get the best of both — a polished studio set and that warm outdoor golden-hour look.

What time of day are senior sessions?

It depends on the look. Studio sessions are on the morning and afternoon slots; outdoor sessions are timed around golden hour, so those are the Golden Hour slots — that warm evening light that makes outdoor portraits shine. Just pick the slot that matches the session you want.

How long is a senior session, and can I change outfits?

About an hour per session (sometimes a little longer), with room for a few outfit changes so we can show different sides of your senior's personality.

What should my senior bring or wear?

Bring the things that tell your senior's story — a letterman jacket, an instrument, a uniform, cleats, or a meaningful item — plus a few outfits they feel confident in. The more "them" it is, the better. Michele's happy to help with ideas after you book.

When will we get the photos?

Your edited gallery is delivered through a private online gallery in about 3 to 4 weeks. If you're up against a yearbook deadline and need a few images sooner, just let Michele know and she'll do her best to help.
