Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a wedding photographer cost in Mountain Home and Northwest Arkansas?

For weddings within about an hour of Mountain Home, Michele offers set collections starting at $1,800 (going up with coverage hours and add-ons), and every local collection includes a complimentary engagement session. You can see all the local collections and pricing on the weddings page. For weddings farther out — elsewhere in Northwest Arkansas, Southwest Missouri, or a destination — pricing is custom, and you'll build a package together on a quick consultation call.

Do you travel for weddings and destination weddings?

Yes — Michele loves to travel for a wedding. Local weddings (within about an hour of Mountain Home) use her set collections; anything farther out is custom, so you'll hop on a consultation call and she'll build a proposal around your day, wherever it is.

What areas do you photograph weddings in?

Michele photographs weddings across Mountain Home, Northwest Arkansas, and Southwest Missouri — from local Mountain Home-area venues like The Elms Barn, StoneCreek Ranch, and The Sheid to Ozark destinations like Thorncrown Chapel and the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, plus barns, lakesides, and backyards. Weddings within about an hour of Mountain Home book from her set collections (travel included); farther out is a custom proposal.

What's included in a wedding collection?

Local collections (within about an hour of Mountain Home) include 6 to 12 hours of wedding-day coverage depending on the collection, a complimentary engagement session, a full gallery of professionally edited images, and a private online gallery to view, share, download, and print — with a second photographer and an LED photo booth on the larger collections. For custom weddings farther out, everything is tailored to your day, and an engagement session can be part of it.

How do we book you for our wedding?

Local couples (within about an hour of Mountain Home) can book online in a few minutes right from the weddings page — pick your date and collection, and a $500 deposit secures it. If you're out of town, planning a destination wedding, or would rather talk it through first, schedule a quick consultation call and Michele will build a custom proposal.

How far in advance should we book?

Weddings book up well in advance, especially spring and fall, so it's best to reach out as soon as you have your date. Michele takes a limited number of weddings each year to give every couple her full attention.

When will we get our wedding photos?

Your full wedding gallery is delivered through a private online gallery, typically within about 6 to 8 weeks of your wedding day, depending on the season.

Is a deposit required, and how does payment work?

For collections booked online, a $500 non-refundable deposit secures your date, and the remaining balance can be paid in flexible installments, due in full by 30 days before the wedding. Custom weddings have their own simple terms, laid out in your proposal.

What is your wedding photography style?

Michele's style is true-to-color and timeless — natural, warm, and never over-filtered — so your photos still feel like you years down the road. She keeps the day relaxed and guides you when it helps, so you can stay present and enjoy it.
